"Their Mistake"
I purchased a unit from them in the Quantum complex in New Westminster. To make a long story short, I loved the sales people they were so nice (their service I would rate very good, but the Overall experience was terrible). However, there was a mistake in my contract and another buyer's contract. The Lot Numbers were wrong or backwards on their drawings so, the sales staff would obviously write in the wrong numbers in our contracts. In the end Bosa didn't do much to help out, their lawyer told our's that the two buyers can sue each other. Thanks a lot.
