"There are weird
neighbours and weird
chemical smells "

The last tenant who rented my apartment broke contract and were very vague about why they left. The evening after I moved in, I realized why. There's always a pungent chemical smell wafting around the building at night. Pretty sure someone's smoking or cooking something illegal night after night. It's very worrying. I'm moving out as soon as I'm able.

"Nice View but Not Sure
About The Location"

Visited all 3 buildings by BOSA. Was in the mkt for 2bed 2bath. Was not too thrill about the layout with under 900sq ft. It was a make of a boring shoe box layout. The only layout I think it was worth checking out was the 1030sq ft 2bed units. Layout was much better and the only draw back was the location. Burnaby Brentwood area is tops in the bby area. So not too crazy about the location. But the view was to die for. Awesome view if you face North. If location does not matter to you then this is one building I recommend. However, I like the Brentwood area more as I see the value go up in that location.

You are total wrong Highgate will see better Value to come.It is just starting and new Ricmond Park will increrase the Value up in Five years it will cost more than double today.Remeber this and mark it down.

"Nice Condo Unsure of Area"

I like the condo I saw in this building. It was very modern, bright and had really nice views of Burnaby Lake and the North S--- Mountains. Not sure about the location though, the positive is the Highgate Village is new and convenient, but there are a lot of rental buildings all around Highgate.

"Big Condos. New Condo in
Old Area"

Highgate is a new complex. Very nice buildings and condos. I visited one here and it was very big and the finishings were quite nice. Views were very nice and it was very quiet as well. Shopping with Save on Foods just a half a block away is so convenient. The complex is surrounded by old apartment buildings. Don't know which one looks out of place, Highgate or the old apartments.
