"Noisy!"
Very thin floors allow the simple act of walking to be heard throughout the unit below. Terribly noisy day in and day out with barking dogs, people walking and music.

"Amazing views, beautiful
building"
The views from this building are amazing. Big windows, lots of light. Layouts and finishings are also quite nice in the suites. This building is one of a kind in the lower mainland. I do have to agree that it must be hard for some units to move larger pieces of furniture into their suite. The only things to improve are better maintenance of common areas and overall security. The whole UniverCity area is a great area to live in. With a full-scale supermarket and elementary school opening up soon, it is going to be a prime selling location in the future.

"Decent"
This is one of the new buildings up at SFU. The finishing is fairly nice in the building, so far it looks great. The floorplan for the 02 suits are perfect however due to the badly designed hallways (narrow and short) fitting furniture into this suit is a DISASTER. Do NOT attempt this with full sized couches as they do not fit. The other units should be fine, but be careful. I would move in using the parkade as well due to the badly designed hallways of the front. Not too many people in the building yet so it is hard to judge the noise level, however the person below me has already complained about my walking so I imagine that the builders did not properly insulate the wood flooring as this is supposed to be a concrete building. Right now the prices are outrageous for the area and the product. Wait until people are more reasonable.

I used to live there, never had any problems with moving in or out. Bit expensive, yes, but it's a new building so no wonder....as to security, it's top notch little fortress...can't even go and visit your friends on other floors without both of you going down to the lobby because each RFID key you get is unique to the user's floor they are living on. To get to the Garage, you get another multi-button door opener. Never heard any of my neighbors, to sides, on top or below me...pretty quiet place however if your windows are from the south or south-east side, prepare for some scorching summer days. The apartment was unlivable during hot summer days.... strange though because the hallways are air-conditioned but not the apartments, and we couldn't install one without unanimous decision from some board...
