"New Envelop"

Well the work done on this building is quite something. Until I was invited to the building I had no idea what I was missing. Anytime I had seen this building over the last number of years there always seemed to be a tarp on part of it. I always assumed it was a leaky building so never gave a second thought to it. Well I was right, it was a leaky building but they just recently completed and extensive re-do (my freind paid over $100K). Now you have a great building, and the location is great, within walking distance to Metrotown, and a school right out back. The inside of the units may be a different story, my freinds was in need of some updating and maintenance, but the building itself is a well kept secret and as ssmrtovnica smrtovnice uch may be a great value at the moment.
