"Does anyone know if there
are any problems??"

I have visited a few units in this complex and I think it is a great place, has a very peaceful feel to it, amenities are great, units are a great size and location is very residential like. It seems to be one of a kind in the area. complex seems to be very well taken care of but I have heard things over the last few years about some problems with the building and am not sure about this, were there problems in the past? Are there problems now? or is this just mis-information? If anyone knows I would love to know.
