Sommerset Hill at 7025 Stride Avenue is a two building complex. The “A” building is the one to the west and the “B” building is the furthest east of the two buildings. The location is extremely convenient with Edmonds Skytrain station only one block away and Stride Elementary School located right across the street. Also, there are many parks in the area and Highgate Shopping Centre is only about 5 blocks away.

"Rainscreened"

visited someone in this building. They told me that it had been rainscreened. Still the building looks a little older and reminded me of a rental building. The condo I saw overlooked Griffiths so it wasn't quiet. Pretty close to Skytrain so that is good.
