The Beresford at 7055 Wilma Street is a beautiful complex with some of the best landscaping in Burnaby. It has its own “park” within the complex with a nice patio and gazebo area where one can spend some quiet peaceful time.

The location is most convenient with Edmonds Skytrain station, parks and the Highgate Shopping Centre all within a few minutes walking distance.

Hello from CondoCatch.com! In a recession, deereascd demand will decrease prices and increase quantity demanded back to the pre-recession levels (i.e. increased sales figures in June), which is what your evidence suggests. However, when we were aggregating data over the last 6-months at , we noticed that the vast majority of projects have pushed back occupancy dates. Developers are essentially decreasing today's supply of condos to sell at tomorrow's higher prices. How long do you foresee condo prices remaining low? Also, do you think longer-term projects (occupancy dates of 2012 and after) that offer deep discounts make financial sense for the buyer?

"Love this place!"

I was visiting a friend who lives in one of the penthouse suites, and I absolutely fell in love with it. The decks are massive- perfect for summertime parties, and the wood beams that made up the loft area made my husband and I feel as if we were away on a Whistler vacation. Very cool. We are actually ready for a move, and are holding out for one of the penthouse suites to vacate....fingers crossed, we hear people don't leave this place very often!
