"Solid Building in a Good
Neighbourhood"

Ledinham McAllister did an excellent job with this community. My siblings have owned condos and townhomes by Polygon and I've seen the long list of deficiencies they experienced with their brand new homes. We purchased all the upgrades with our unit (granite countertops and stainless steel appliances) and have no complaints about the quality. This building is also surprisingly quiet considering it's a wood frame building. The only downsides to living in this building are the locations of the stair cases (on either ends of the building) and the cost in strata payments for the landscaping. And the only major issue we had with within the unit in the last 2+ years living here is that the mantle/fireplace (it can't support very much weight). The building and development is in an ideal location as well. You can commute to downtown Vancouver via skytrain within 30 minutes, or anywhere else in the lower mainland since you're close to various highways. You have almost everything you could ask for in the surrounding area (schools, parks, shopping mall, restaurants, etc).

Shoddy workmanship by Marcon Construction-Never buy if they are the builder" All the projects in Brentwood Gates were 'slapped together'; so many unexpected and unnecessary deficiencies such as most stainless steel appliances were scratched, uneven window frames, paint drippings all over the carpets, poor security, tiling with irremovable markings, the private road still isn't paved allowing for continous loud noises throughout the day from cars driving over the wooden planks; Marcon is the builder = really cheap stuff with Ledingham not caring about their customers ... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING WHERE ANY OF THESE 2 ARE INVOLVED
