Parkview Place at 5350 Victory Street is situated only a couple of blocks from Royal Oak Skytrain station. Hop on the Skytrain to Metrotown or Downtown Vancouver. This 3 level condo has gas fireplaces and offers quiet and peaceful suites. A nice residential area with Burnaby South High School only a couple of blocks away.

"Convenient and Spacious"
I visited my friends who lived in this building. It was very large and spacious. Royal Oak Skytrain was so closeby it was very convenient. I think it would be good for young couples, first time buyers and for retirees.

The strata council is poorly organized and increasing financial concerns have arisen over the last few years with questions from owners. Property management has switched numerous times over the past 10 years. Good building but strata needs to be more consistent, open and accountable to owners for capital project costs, financial accounting and statements, engagement and supervision of contracts and services. Security concerns are a grey area as building adjoins a parkway and green area that is well hidden from street view. Location is 1 block away from Skytrain.
This review knows nothing about the building. The council is pro-active in maintenance program. There has not been a penetration of the buildings security over the past eight to ten year. They have used the same management company since 2007.
