"Rainscreened"

This is another one of those buildings that had water problems, you know the story, but it has been re-done and looks better than ever. This is a very nice buidling in and out, the suites are a great size, they feel like suites you would find in a higher end buidling of the time, spacious and very comfortable. It is always nice to get into somehting that has been rainscreened, it takes away that major concern we all have, or at least mininmizes it.smrtovnica smrtovnice Area is OK but not the best. The Edmonds area has seen improvements with the addition of other new buidlings like park 360 but I think it still has a way to go. This building is located right beside a playground which would be great for kids, and walking distance to Save on Foods, but it is a bit of a walk and not sure if you would want to do it in the dark. Overall I do like the building.

	Comment on this Review: unregistered user on May 5 2011: User forgot to mention the lack of any sound proofing, you can hear the neighbors whisper to their dog at times. Appliances are quite old, unless the owners have upgraded them, very non-energy efficient and loud. Write a comment about this review Enter image text:
