"Right next to the Park"

The condo I saw was a little old and dated. I didn't like the balcony, it was very thin and long. However, the view was very nice of Central Park. Loved the location with the Park and shopping, and Skytrain closeby. And I heard the membrane between the gardens and parkade was redone. Pretty Nice.
