Boundary View A at 3760 Albert Street is one of two Boundary View towers built by Bosa. The other is at 3740 Albert Street. The Boundary View towers are two of only a few concrete condos north of Hastings Street.  Large balconies and unobstructed views are some of the strong attractions for these buildings.

Located on the Vancouver/Burnaby border, quick access to downtown Vancouver and the North Shore is possible.  Plus, the PNE and many shops and services are within close walking distance.

"Decent view to the South
too"

The views in the condo I saw were to the south. Pretty nice as well. The condo was a little higher than the middle so hence the nice views. It was pretty noisy in my opinion from Hastings. Older buiding. Condition of the building and condo were just okay, nothing special. I would like a north facing unit just so it is quieter.

"Wow, what a view"

I recently had a chance to visit a freind's freind in this building. Who would have thought you could get a view like this in a building like this. What I mean by that is the building is average, and to my understanding the prices are quite reasonable as well. I was impressed with a water, mountian and city view. The building itself is pretty typical for an older concrete building, but that is not a bad thing. The other great thing here is that there are very few concrete buildings in this area, and this is a great area, with all that Hastings Street has to offer I would definately reccommend this building to anyone who enjoys the lifestye of the area.smrtovnica smrtovnice
