"Full of silverfish and
awful neighbourhood"

So happy to have sold this place. The whole building has a bug problem so even if you clean regularly you still see constant silverfish daily! It is so bad the strata will pay to have your place sprayed for you but even that didn't work for our place. This place is also built in an area that is a complete liquefaction zone in terms of earthquakes so I am glad I moved away for piece of mind. There were a couple of break ins as well during my 4 years here. It is hard to think of positives but I will say the concrete makes for a quiet space. There are a lot of families living in this building and even a daycare next store. But again, this is about the worst place to be in an earthquake so I wouldn't raise children here.

"My 10-yr old Aussie "

My 10-yr old Aussie mix spends his day moving to and from the front window, where he can watch the world pass by, and the various sun spots in the kitchen. He is always up for an adveeturn, but otherwise he has a very Lazy Bones existence. Lucky him!

"Okay build quality, bad
neighborhood"

The build quality is okay. I have been involved with developments and lived in a few, and this is average to below average. My particular unit suffers from loud dripping noise during the night whenever it rains which is pretty often around here. The appliances from 2008 have begun to malfunction lightly here and there so I had to fix them with the approval of the landlord since I know how. The fire alarm speaker in the unit makes static noise that is difficult to hear most of the times, but never shuts off. The worst part however the few selfish neighbors - this is not uncommon in a condo, but it has to be mentioned. From smokers to those that use charcoal bbq against the strata laws, this place annoys me with the poor air quality during the summer months. Complaints and reports to the strata managers (Olga and Vlad) does little. Olga works hard but she is a terrible people person and lacks common sense. I've never seen Vlad do anything work related. It's also common place to have your parking space taken by someone so I've had to leave a few notes. I didn't have this problem so much in downtown buildings. Other than that, my unit has a pretty good layout, great living area, and decently designed bathrooms. There seems to be more noise than there should be between units however, which is not expected of concrete buildings. Speaking from industry knowledge, Polygon (builder) is not known for excellent quality, though they are not terrible.

"Racoons wandering in
troops"

I frequently saw racoons in troops of 4 or more prowling the surrounding. I did not feel safe taking my dog out for a walk. Watercolours is often touted by real estate agent for its proximity and walking distance to the mall and skytrain station. This area is too isolated and located in industrial wastelnd. I did not feel safe walking to the skytrain station on my way to work early in the morning or late in the evening. It feels like ghost town when the daylight begins to dim.

"Very Impressed"

I visited condos in this building to buy. Also saw the sales suite (which was in the penthouse). The building was extremely nice. All the condos were two bedrooms. From under 800 sq.ft. to 1,000 sq.ft. The penthouses were about 1,100 to over 1,200 sq.ft I believe. Polygon is the builder and I like their stuff. This is no exception.

"Very Nice Condo "

I have visited 4 units in this building and I must say if you are to buy one you must look for something over 998sq ft with a corner unit. The other 2bed 2bath unit that is under 900sq ft are very small looking and spaces are not utilize to the maximum potential. The living room looks really confined and small and once again not into the shoe box layout. I was not too impressed. However, I did like the layout "G" the most but that would cost you over $450k. For that money, I rather bring my wallet to Oma just 4-5blocks west. After you see OMA and you would understand why that is still my number 1 choice for a 2bed 2bath unit.

"Very Nice Building,
Unsure of Area"

I visited a couple of the condos in this building. I believe they are all 2 bedrooms, no 1 bedrooms. Loved the condos and the building. Very nice amenities. One of the nicest I've seen in Burnaby. Just wondering about the area. Right now there isn't too much around the building in terms of shops and services, except for at Brentwood Mall. Maybe in the future there will be.
