"Great Location, But Needs
Some Updating"

I have visited a few feinds in the complex and I have to say that the complex probably needs some updating but considering the age that is to be expected. Overall the layout of the suites I have been in are very functional. Really the best part of this complex is the location, it is in a quiet residentail area, within short walking distance to IGA and other small shops. Not to mention Burnaby Mountain Golf Course and close proximity to SFU. This would probaly be a good investment building as well as students from SFU would probably be attracted to it.smrtovnica smrtovnice
