"Exterior cracks"
We are considering purchasing in this building or in Tower 2. We noticed that there are a number of cracks in the facade of both building. We are wondering if these cracks are a structural or a cosmetic issue.

"Size Counts"
I have to agree with the last review. I know someone who lives in the building and I was amazed at the size of the unit, they have a closet that is larger than most dens downtown. Other than that it is a great building, it is finished very well as you would expect form a BOSA building. Location is the only draw back as there just is not a lot in the area, there are some shops at the base however and I am sure there will be more development in the area in the future.smrtovnica smrtovnice

Size is great, and value for that is reflected in condo prices. There is sky train just downstairs that will take you to Brentwood mall (and Whole Foods in 2016) one stop away as well as a Buy Low Foods, hairdresser, and Scotiabank about a block and half away.

"Big Units"
Bosa condos. Very nice looking building from the exterior. A little unique. The homes were very large with decent layouts. Some shopping downstairs, as well as Starbucks. Just not the best location for shops and services. Have to get on the Skytrain to go to Brentwood.

Costmetic issue only, covered by 2-5-10
It is only a cosmetic issue. As a resident I habe noticed and inquired abouy it. I believe they will be touching uo the exterior in near future but the crack doesn't pose any issues to the structural integrity
