"Just bought in ... rare
owner-occupied building"
We love it here.. just moved in a few weeks ago. Great strata, secure, very health contingency fund... great caretaker... Because no rentals are allowed, the building's value is very high and not prone to degradation. If you can buy here, we recommend you do.

"Wonderful building and
residents"
Friend lives here ... wonderful problem free, owner occupied building. Pride shows unlike other residential buildings. Proactive, preventative strata. Has water treatment system to help long term maintenance. Building is known for quality of residents and of apartments. Built by award winning Bosa (Appia Developments) and located in a very desirable, quiet, and much sought after area. It features preventative water treatment system, gas fireplace, secured visitor and residential parking, restricted floor access, floor to ceiling windows, granite countertops in some units and all with huge, entertainment size balconies and more. Across the street from The National Nikkei Museum & Heritage Centre, the Alan Emmott Center, and renovated tennis courts! Cherry blossom lined streets... beautiful in the right season Convenient walking distance to Pearl Taiwanese Restaurant, Hi Genkki Japanese Restaurant, Highgate shopping mall, Save-On-Foods, Tim Hortons, transit & short distance to trails, skytrain & Metrotown. I would buy into this building if I could.

"Overall average."
The condo I saw was very large, nice layout and finishings. It is a Bosa product and looks like the other Bosa buildings I have seen. The unit I saw faced Kingsway so it was a little noisy. I think the south facing ones could be quieter. Not super close to anything except for transit. Highgate a couple of blcoks away. Overall an average condo in my opinion.

Hi, can you hear people upstairs, i.e. walking, music, etc? Looks like a really nice spacious condo.
We used to live here and it is great building, residents and strata. Neighbourly folks.
