Grand Central Park Place at 6128 Patterson Avenue is a luxury tower with full facilities. In the beginning of 2004, it had its envelope redone and now has a more modern look to the building.

The location of Grand Central Park Place is one of the best with Metrotown close by, Skytrain just steps away and Central Park just right across the street. One can enjoy the all the facilities in the building or Central Park’s trails and Pitch & Putt golf course.

The views from the suites include views of the Fraser Valley, downtown Vancouver, Central Park and more.

"Nice, Big and
Rainscreened"

Nice building with large condos. The one I saw was very large and a fantastic view of Central Park. The building has been rainscreened as fall as I know as well. Nice option in my opinion for the Metrotown area.

"Wow, What a Veiw"

I must say, the veiw from the suite I visited in this building was spectacular, it is one of the best veiws I have seen and probably one of the best in Burnaby. The building is very nice as well, has a high end feel to it and has been rainscreened so there should be nothing to worry about. The suites are a great size as well, the one I visited was about 1200 sqft, not something you find in the new buildings very often. Location great also, right accross from Central Park and just a short walk to the Skytrain, easy access to Metrotown. I would reccomend this building for sure.
