"Rooftop Deck"

The condo I saw had a nice rooftop deck. It was facing the park so it was very peaceful. However, the condo itself looked old and so did the complex. So for myself it would be weighing the age versus the peaceful setting. The condo was a two level condo.

This building is 4 stories, and none of the condos is two stories, so i am wondering if this person had the correct address!!!
