"Good layout, peaceful"

I visited a unit in this building. The condo had a good functional layout. None of the rooms were small. Very quiet and peaceful. Yet close to the skytrain. Some shopping a block away as well as the park.smrtovnica smrtovnice

"Best in Area"

I have a freind that lived in this building and I have to say I have not seen a nicer unit all around in the area. City in the Park is a gteat little area tucked away in a quiet setting. There are a number of lowrise building in this area but this one stands out as the best. Just from the outside it appears to be very well mantained, there is certianly pirde of ownership here. Then on the inside, the same can be said. Although the building is not new, it has been maintained in a such a way that it almost feels new. The suites are a good size as well, the one I have been in has a huge private yard, it felt like a house, I have never come accross anything like it.smrtovnica smrtovnice
