"Brent Gardens 4373 "

Visited friends over the past few years. Great location for being so close to main intersection; found couldn't hear the noise even at rush hour and super quiet at night. Would think about buying on top or bottom floor for sure. A little sad to see they cut down the trees in the front of the building though, decent private tennis court and grassy areas out back. Courtyard in front needs a little work but otherwise decent for the price. Nice neighbours!

"Removed Clock Tower and
Trees"

Just an update on the complex, they removed the old clock tower that has not been working, as well as cut down a bunch of trees in the courtyard, all in all a nice clean up and improvement.smrtovnica smrtovnice

"A little noisy but good
location"

I had a friend who lived in this building. It was a nice little courtyard. I didn't know the building existed in the Brentwood area. The building itself looked quite old. The condo was a little old as well and it was a little noisy, as the last reviewer said. But, I guess for the location it is a good place to rent.

"Loud"

The building is nice enough and has just had new decks put on after the rainscreening process. The whole complex has a very nice feel to it but some of the areas in the building are starting to be rundown. Carpeting in the hallways, the elevator, etc. The worst part though has got to be the fact that I can hear the people above me talking when I go to sleep. Definately not a place that I would want to buy in. You clearly have to get lucky with the people that are living above you.

"Old but quiet"

I visited a condo in this building recently. It had just been worked on. I believe they have re-done the envelope of the building. The condo looked old and like a rental building. No washer and dryer in the unit. But, it was very very quiet. Really close to shopping and skytrain but very peaceful.
