"Quiet and tidy"

Smaller building than surrounding highrises in highgate (less than 70 units vs hundreds in other buildings). Very quiet and very few issues from having less neighbors, yet still a concrete building. Well managed by strata. Units facing garden are much better than facing the street.

"Don't Like the ground
floor"

Building is just average. Like the other reviewers have said about the Highgate condos, they are typical Bosa condos. Stanford House has ground floor units and I'm not too keen on the area, so I would stay away from them. I would feel little unsafe. smrtovnica smrtovnice
