"Happy Owner"
Originally we bought a 1-bedroom in the building a few years ago, despite the some negative reviews on this website because we fell in love with the finishes and the views. We've since sold that unit and bought a 2-bedroom in this same building! Four years ago when we first moved in we definitely felt that the neighbourhood could be improved in terms of safety and street appeal. That's since changed a lot. There's a lot more foot traffic in the area and it feels very vibrant during the day. A few things that we really appreciate are: three elevators, live-in caretaker (Igor rocks!), and high ceilings (9 feet). We tried looking at other buildings in Burnaby before we bought this 2-bedroom but nothing really compared. I think the building and the area have both improved a lot in the last couple of years. I'm certainly a happy owner and we are looking to stay for at least a few more years!

"Nice building"
The building itself is really nice, both on the outside and inside. I prefer it over the Millenium and Bosa developments in other parts of Burnaby. In terms of its surroundings, I agree it's not as nice as the other multi-tower developments that generally have a nice big park shared by all neighboring towers. But being a single tower does have its upside though; you don't have to stare at your neighbors' balcony all the time. That's the thing I hate about multi-tower developments, if you want a view, your options are limited to one or two sides of the building. Other than that, I think the location is very convenient, especially for commuters. I actually found Park360 to be quieter than Claridge in the City in the Park because you don't have to hear the skytrain rumble by every 5 minutes.

the problem with this building is it is very poorly built with walls inside that are not even straight. I live there and anyone with a tape measure can see that this building is trouble in waiting

Totally agree with the above comment. Visited about 4 units (to purchse), at least 3 units had multiple cracks in the ceiling, and the bldg is less than 2 yrs old! Also the floors were not flat, either. The location is good (close to the Edmonds station), but the building has potential problems. No wonder the listing prices in this building are lower, compared to other new building's in the same area.

Crooked walls and uneven floors is a sign of the developer cutting corners to save money. You get what you pay for.

The units I saw there were very nice, and the developer was offering some nice upgrades. The appliance are high quality, as are the other finishings. The quality here is higher than average. I never noticed crooked wall or cracks, but I am aware that all drywall will crack as a building settles, and this in totally normal... It cam be touched up. Location is very good, with close proximity to Edmonds Skytrain, and another 5 minute walk to several parks.

The guy above me must be a seller or something. I too have visited a few units in this building and you can just notice that the floors are NOT FLAT! Otherwise a good building.

I have been renting in this building for two years and I'm extremely happy. It's a single tower and my units overlooks the green space. You see cleaners in the common areas all the time, and the caretaker is nice. I've had no problems here at all.

"I Agree, Location Not
Great"
I agree with the last review, the building is beautiful, finishings are very high end, views are great etc. This is the case with most new buidlings but the location is not the best. The Edmonds area is changing and improving but I feel it still has a way to go. This buidling is on a busy corner and it is true that all you have to do is move into City in The Park a couple blocks away and you are in a much more peaceful, cleaner area. I do really like the buidling but would have to think twice about the area.smrtovnica smrtovnice

"Not the best location"
Nice building. The interior and exterior is fine. No problems for me there. I'm not too interested in the location. Being on the east side of Griffiths, there isn't anything there. It could be a little noisy because of Griffiths. Skytrain isn't so far away but I would like the location in City in the Park. At least there is a market over there and no busy street to cross to get to Edmonds station.smrtovnica smrtovnice
