The Crystal Residences at 6088 Willingdon Avenue is comprised of the high rise tower and the low rise residences. The high rise is one of the most unique looking condos in Burnaby with it’s round and silver appearance.

The Crystal Residences are located right on top of the Crystal Mall shopping centre and right across the street from the Library. Skytrain, and all the shops and services of Kingsway and Metrotown centre are only steps away as well.

The Crystal Residences also features views from the suites range from Vancouver, the North Shore mountains, Central Park and more.

"Love the Mall"

Well I love to shop and Crystal Mall works for me. For me the locationis the best thing about this place, just down the elevator and around the corner and you are in Crystal Mall, if that isn't enough you can cross the street and you are in MetroTown. Not only that, you can catch the bus right outside the front door. The location has too many good points to mention. The building is nice inside as well, feesmrtovnica smrtovnice ls a bit like a hotel, the suites are a good size and bright with lots of windows, finishings are modern and seems to be a very quiet place. I guess the only complaint I have is that many suites do not have balconies, including the one I visted, if you like your outdoor space this might not be the best place for you, although there is a rooftop garden are you can use. The other negative may be the noise from Willingdon, but that is the price of convenience.
