"Very Pleasant Surprise."
When I visited this building, I didn't realize there was a condo building here. It was much better than I expected. Although the finishing in the unit I saw were old, the room sizes were large and the unit had a huge deck. Very rare to get a deck that big. Nice area with shopping nearby.

"Heart of Burnaby Hastings
Shopping"
Nice concrete building in the heart of the Hastings shopping area of Burnaby. In the same complex with Starbucks, Subway, Dairy Queen, Blockbuster Video, etc. Some of the condos here have big decks. I know this building was rainscreened. Po---r for retirees.
