"Rental Maybe"
Well, I hate to be negative but if ever there was a building that had the feel of a rental it would be this. It seem out of place in the area. There is certainly value here as the suites are a great size and cheap, but you get undivided interest when you buy so you really don't own your suite, just a portion of the building, and as I said before, it really feels like a rental situation so I think this is something that you would buy to rent out, not to live in. The other thing you have to consider is that when you want to sell, an undivided interest is not going to be the easiest thing to sellsmrtovnica smrtovnice

The suites are sold around the 180,000 making it very easy to buy if you have good credit, and the downpayment. As an owner, if you move out, it is much better for you to rent in order to keep this property in one of the best locations of Burnaby.
