"Condo was nice but Liars"
I purchased a condo in the Buchanan Towers in Burnaby North near Brentwood mall. The condo itself was pretty nice but the truth was not told to me before purchasing. Across Lougheed was a hole in the ground and when I asked (and there were others buyers in the Sales Centre around me at the time worried about their potential South View) what is going to happen over there? They said, they didn't know and probably some retail or something. Reality is that Embassy(which is another Bosa company, like Appia)had plans to build a couple of highrises there (The Renaissance Towers). They definitely knew.
