"Doubt"

I did not remove subjects as they denied me access to the documents and could never reach strata agent to clarify thinghs. If you are considering buying here I would suggest you to get the minutes back to at least 2005.

"Convenient location"

The apartment I visit was quite nice, with a huge patio. I've made an offer and I am still waiting for some reports to decide if I should buy it or not. I am a bit concerned as it is being quite difficult to get the documents requested, also the agent is just trying to convince me that there is nothing to worry about instead of giving me the docs to read.
