Harmony at 9339 University Crescent is the first phase in the Harmony complex built by Polygon. The other two buildings are at 9319 University Crescent and 9329 University Crescent.
Harmony is located in a natural setting on top of Burnaby Mountain in Simon Fraser University’s “UniverCity” area. Access on foot to the SFU campus and services. Plus, Highway 1 is very close by transit or automobile.

"First in SFU from Polygon"
Polygon built these three Harmony buildings. They were the first in the SFU neighbourhood. Only wood frame condos. The rest of the condos are concrete. Some wood frame townhouses in the neighbourhood as well. Harmony is okay. Should be the most affordable option at SFU due to being wood frame and lack of views from most of the homes.

Indeed the price is cheaper for this project. If you compare it with the other concrete buildings in the neighbourhood, you will notice a difference in worksmanship, and material used. strata fee is also cheaper for Harmony, but, for me, I dont mind pay abit more for the next door concrete buildings and materials used for the basic furnishings.
