"Crampted"

I know this is one of the newest buildings in the area and as such should be one of the best. I guess I would say the quality is good, as you would expect with a newer building, the location is pretty good being right across from Lougheeed mall, close to skytrain etc. But for some reason as is the case with many newer complexes I get the feeling that everyhting has been jammed together to maximize the amount of space that can be sold. This is not the feeling I want to get in a place that I live. Although it may be a reality for new buildings, they can be disgned to give you the feeling a spaciousness and privracy, but here I felt like I was in cookie cutter project and was just an extension of all the other units in the complex.
