"Poor Developer"
Do not buy homes from Ledingham Mcallister!! I bought a new home at Reflections. After only 9 months, there is water leak. This is a poor developer which collaborates with poor builder (Marcoon) and poor Property Management Company (Crosby).

"Expensive, poor
assignment rules"
I have to agree with Really. The experiences that I've heard aren't too good. First the pre-sale process wasn't clearly explained so they wound up getting not a good time to buy condos. Condos were very very expensive at the time. And the assignment procedure and rules weren't favorable at all for the purchasers. The only positive I heard was the sales staff was friendly.

I totally agree with you. Not only are their assignment rules unfavorable to the purchasers. The staff are also extremely rude. Especially their sales administrator Amanda Butler and their VP Nadee Myers. They act like they are on top of the world and give no regards to anyone else. It's no wonder this developer is not as popular or as big as the others in BC. Their behavior and way of doing business is the way of the dinosaur and the owners probably don't even know this affects their reputation and business. They feel are protected by the company they work for, but one day when the company goes out of business they'll know the real world will not be so kind of these individuals.

"Difficult to Deal With"
I know a few people that bought form them and they have been happy with the quality, but not the experieince. In one case there was an error made on the contract by the sales person, and when it was noticed prior ro completion they were told they would have to accept a different parking stall than what they had agreed to buy. There was no give, they told the buyer that they had no choice but to accept it, and if they wanted out of buying the extra stall they would not let them out. So basically they would not live up to the contract they signed but also would not let them out of it. Nice! In the other cases the buyers had been told that they would be allowed to assign the contracts when they bought them in the first place, but when the time came they were held off for months and were finally granted the right about 1 month before completion, not exactly enough time to sell. Just another example of when people are not given correct info when they buy, atleast not the full picture.smrtovnica smrtovnice
