"Time for some upgrading,
to make Balmoral House
more Appealing"

Balmoral House is clean and bright, However it is starting to look shabby, it has not had a face lift since being built. New carpets in the hallways, sprucing up the elevator, having the lobby furniture upgraded, or at least cleaned, getting rid of the forest of dirty, dusty, artificial trees, greenery, and bird cages, that were the style back in the last century, also time for some new pictures in the hallways and lobby. New outside furniture and sprucing up the front entrance, would make it more inviting and welcoming. new benches or outside furniture in the front entrance, would do a lot to present a appealing appearance.

Comment on this Review: unregistered user on December 24 2013: I disagree with the above comment. Balmoral House has charm and warmth. It is extremely well kept and run; Monies are not frivolously spent and that makes it most appealing. The outside and inside are inviting ... although I do agree that some of the artificial greenery inside could be removed. All in all, a great building in an excellent location.
