Place on the Park tower at 4165 Maywood Street is one of two similar towers in the Metrotown area.  The other is located at 6455 Willingdon Avenue.  Place on the Park is a unique building in appearance with a white exterior.

The complex is located between Central Park and Metrotown Centre.  A one block walk to the west and you can enjoy the recreation facilities of Central Park.  About a 5 minute walk to the east and you are at all the shops and services of Metrotown Centre. Situated between Metrotown and Patterson SkyTrain Stations, both transit routes are only 5 minutes away.

Place on the Park has nice recreation facilities and boasts views of Central Park, the North Shore mountains, Mt. Baker, the Fraser Valley and more.
