"No Maintenance Issues"

We lived in this building for a few years. The council in general took care of the building. The president of the council was also the builder. He knows everything about the building. You should be able to get latest info from him.

John Zedi was not the builder. He is also not on title but his partner is.

John Zedi is no longer on council as he is not on title - only his wife. He is not related in any way to the builder, Aragon. New council in place.

Please Help."

I visited a condo in this building. It looked like the maintenance was definitely behind. If somebody knows more about this building please let me know. The location was great so close to Royal Oak Skytrain. But, it just looked like there was a lot to do in the building.smrtovnica smrtovnice

Yes, this building is behind in maintenance. However, the flat portion of the roof is new. Further repairs and maintenance are expected to scheduled and done in the first half of 2013.
