The complex has a number of amenities including an indoor pool, gym and much more. Views from the suites can be spectacular, especially unobstructed views to the south of the Gulf Islands and of the Fraser Valley.

"Concrete Box"
What can I say, from the outside this building is about as unappealing as they come, unless your like concrete, conrete, and more concrete. And then when you get insiside you are transported back to the 70's, it could do with some updating. It brings back memories of my university days, felt like the dorms I lived in. If nothing else it feels like a rental building. If I want to buy a place to live, why feel like I am renting. There are some positives, the location is great, there are great views and considering the age and lack of updating, it has been kept in fairly good conditionsmrtovnica smrtovnice

The maintenance fee is extremely high for no reason, pool is usually cold, sauna is a small box that can fit only 2, there is no security camera anywhere and there was several break in at visitor parking and private parking as well, there is one unite own by hoarders in main floor/lobby that smells awful and the smell goes all over the lobby and elevator and complaining to strata about any of this problems is not helping at all, however the caretakers are super nice and friendly and doing a great job at keeping the building clean.
