"Quiet"
I visited a condo that faced the courtyard and playground. The complex is in such a nice setting and it was very quiet. Can't think of anything bad to say.

"Very Peaceful"
I've been in a couple of homes in this condo building. The building looks great from the outside and in. Very peaceful location right next to a greenbelt (trees). Overall a very good impression.

I was an owner in one of the suites facing the greenbelt - yes very quiet until summer starts and every single kid in the area makes it a playground - not relaxing at all on a weekend - all you hear is kid screaming and running around. That wasn't the reason why I moved out, I had crazy neighbours upstairs and they would stomp around, slam doors in the middle of the night. It's a wood frame building so that comes with the territory. You can't choose your neighbours!

Yes in some ways - but what's more important is the decisions the strata council makes - do they make good sound decisions; do they deal with problems effectively? I heard they were calling in an engineer to move the mailboxes inside the building- why would you incur such a huge cost when you can simply add a very good security camera system for much less.
the security system only fixes the problem ( if you can recognize the culprit) after the fact, something that hasn't happened yet. The owners are tired of having their mail delivery stopped due to something they cannot control.
Strata company is impossible to reach and they get back to you weeks after the fact. The worse I have seen.
