Parkside Manor at 6455 Willingdon Avenue is one of two similar towers in the Metrotown area. The other is located at 4165 Maywood Street. Like the Place on the Park, Parkside Manor is a unique building in appearance with a white exterior.

The complex is located between Central Park and Metrotown Centre. A one block walk to the west and you can enjoy the recreation facilities of Central Park. About a 5 minute walk to the East and you are at all the shops and services of Metrotown Centre. Plus, you are located between Metrotown and Patterson Skytrain stations. Either one is only about 5 minutes away.

Parkside Manor has nice recreation facilities and boasts views to Central Park, to the North Shore mountains, Mt. Baker, the Fraser Valley and more.
