"safe, quiet and
convenient"

WEst is an awesome building, living in a 1 bed and 1 den.. it's quite sparious inside, high ceiling, face South-East corner.. have the advantages of lots of light but not too hot in summer.. extremely convenient.. close to public transit.. less than 2 mins walk to the bus stop to metrotown or edmonds skytrain station. Also close to one of the biggest grocery stores (SAve-on-foods), less than 5mins walk.. close to japanese restaurant, subway, mcdonalds, bakery store,liquor store, dentists, notary public, honda car dealership, and the newest library..etc

Surprisingly quiet when it's so close to kingsway! unregistered user on June 3 2016: Agree. Have been living in this building East facing unit for over 3 years.
