"Diamond inthe Ruff"

Well I never would have guessed this place was here. If you are not looking for this place you would not find it,and that is a good thing. This is a great looking building that is very well maintained, offers nice size suites and a convenient location but the privacy of being off the beaten track (just by a 1/2 block). There are just a couple buildings on this tree lined block, and there is a school park right behind it. You can walk to metrotown in a matter of minutes, or to Bonsor recreation centre in the same time. If you like being close to all the action but away from it at the same time this may be the place for you.
