Central Park Place consists of three concrete towers, 5645 Barker Avenue, 5652 Patterson Avenue and 4160 Sardis Street. The complex gardens are like a miniature version of Central Park with beautiful landscaped grounds. Central Park Place is in a fantastic location just a few blocks from SkyTrain and all the shops and services of the Metrotown area. The complex features all the amenties such as a gym, hot tub, an outdoor pool, tennis courts and more. Some of the views from the suites include downtown Vancouver, the north shore mountains, and of Central Park.

mountains"
this is a concrete building ..there will be some repairs to it this year..it will be painted too..it is a quiet building with great amenaties such as a pool tennis gym..conferance room and guest suite.

"Great Location and
Amenities"
This complex has great amenities and the location is very convenient. You are very close to Metrotown yet not to close, still feels like you are in more of a quiet residential area. The garden is one of the nicest features, you don't have to leave the complex to enjoy the great outdoors. Being an older building, the floor plans are quite good and spacious, and the value for the area seems to be quite reasonable as well. The only thing to be careful of here is that I have heard on more than one occasion that there may be some issues with the building that will need to be repaired and there will be an assessment. Worth looking into before Buying.

Students, First Time Buyers, Young Couples

beware leaky condo with lots of problems!
Thinking of buying a unit how costly will the repairs be?
as per "unregistered user" .... there is no guest suite at Central Park Place.
All potential purchasers should ask for the latest Depreciation Report which was contracted in March of 2015. It is now over one year later and Owners have not been able to get a copy of the report. What the Strata Council wants to hide that is in the report is unknown however it is rumoured that there is a lot of work to the roof of the Garage and also to the floors of the parking Garage. Other repairs are required as well but without being able to read the 2015 Depreciation Report it is hard to know the amount required but it is rumoured to be in the Millions of Dollars
