"Repairs Under Way, is
That All?"
Great location, nice size suites and ammenities. The only questions is are the repairs that are being undertaken the only repairs that are needed. have been in the building through an aqaintance and saw that there is work going on on the outside of the buidling. I understand that it is envelope work below the windows, I am just wondering if anyone knows if there was more work recommended that may come up later. The person I met seemd unsure and this is always something to consider. My reccommendations apply if there is no other work needed on the building.

I live in the building and can heppily report that all work needed was completed and an engineer's report of completion was issued. Pool repairs took a long time, but now all has been done. We have been here for two years and enjoy the location being close to EVERYTHING. Our view is beautiful. Only complaint- city noise (sirens, sky train- especially in summer when windows are open), and now during the week some construction noise from the second phase of the condo being built next door. But at least that will finish in a few months...
