"One of the nicest places
at UniverCity"
Aurora is a wonderful building, with excellent caretakers and good amenities. Polygon did a pretty good job building the place, but some of the finishing, especially plumbing fixtures left a bit to be desired. The fan booster on the dryer never worked properly, despite many complaints and several repairs for condensation leaks in ducting. Caretakers were replaced in the summer of 2011 and the new caretakers are very good - the old ones were lazy and did not keep cleanliness standards up. Nice place overall, though.

"Quality"
Well I have been in most of the buildings at SFU and this is one of the nicest ones. With the exception of One University Cres. this building has the nicest quality of them all, suites are all finished well with stainless , tile, Granite etc. I know it may be a small point, but one thing that stands out to me is the countertops are full thinkness granite rather than most of the other buildings at sfu which are the thin granite. Just a beef of mine but it speaks to the overall quality, why do devlopers cheap out on somehting like that, makes you wonder what else they may have cheaped out on. Many of the views are also spectacular from this building but that is not unusal at SFU. Again for me,the main thing here is you get a feeling of a higher quality than most.
