"Could Be Better But Good
Location"

I have looked all 3 Tandem Towers and they are pretty much all the same. I was looking at the 2bed layout and to my dissapointment the layout is a make of a SHOEBOX. Where you walk in and the dining and living room is just in front of the kitchen. It makes the design very plain and boring. Not much of a design I think. I did not like the layout besides the nice contemporary kitchen. Other than that their is nothing really good to say or different compare to many Condo's out there. Very boring layout. Would highly recommend going a block east to check out OMA instead as their finishing and layout is more high-end.

"Great for Young People"

I visited a one bedroom condo in this building. It was very nice. Good layout, kitchen was nice with stainless steel appliances and granite. Close to skytrain. A lot of younger people in this building. Convenient as well with some quick food downstairs and Starbucks.
