Absolute non sense from start to end. Never again. Poor workmanship. Walls are as thin as paper.

"Terrible"
Anthem has had a terrible at---ude towards warranty repairs and units vibrate from adjoining units with laundry like a 3.5 magnitude earthquake.

"Anthem Properties - many
design flaws "
We purchase a unit from Anthem Properties in Waterfront Outlook Tower. The building has a lot of design flaws and Anthem refused to fix them even though we brought these up since the new home walk-through: - Filter can't be replaced due to the cabinet panel is not openable - Ceiling light was not centered in the dining area, we end up having our ceiling light on the end dining table - Room width is 1 foot less than what they indicated in our purchase do---ent. Anthem said the size on purchase do---ent is measured from the middle of wall, not from interior wall to wall? How can homeowner measure then? Moreover, the condo bylaw gives up homeowner interests in the benefit of Anthem - the builder. It allows Anthem to rent out parking spaces on P1 level and provide public access. In result, homeowners have to pay for the P1 heating, wear and tear of P1 parkade door, frequent break-ins to P1 bike room, and storage rooms and vehicle break-in on other parkade levels.

"Waterfront Calgary"
Dealing with Anthem has been a nightmare. The sales/marketing firm they hired that we bought from outright lied about many things that would be included in our suite which was the start of our problems with them. Just a couple things in our ONE year of dealing with this company: 1. We were promised a counter you could sit at that came with no overhang at all, 2. We have a room that has no windows and did not have a light fixture of any kind installed in it, 3. The whole building has serious issues with windows collecting too much condensation (something that Anthem initially blamed on owners) 4. They have the worst customer service that I have ever seen outside of teenagers working retail. Our yearly walkthrough showed many design and building flaws that they've either denied are their fault or fixed in a half-assed manner. Some of the things they have said were "owner maintenance related" have been proved otherwise through us bringing in outside professionals, yet they still are dodging the issue of their incompetence. Maybe they're just out of their element in Calgary and maybe their Vancouver properties are great. The theory of what they were trying to accomplish in Calgary was sound, but their execution is horrible (and again, their customer service for deficiencies is horrible to say the least).

was going to buy also in N.Van. thank you to responsible people who take time to write a review to open potential buyer's eye. Hopefully Anthem start to be competent in customer care with other developer.

"All Around Pretty Good"
I've been to their condos at Tandem. Pretty good condos and the whole experience for my friends was pretty good. One of them sold their condo before it was completed and the only negative comment I heard came about through this process. The lawyer acting for Anthem wasn't too cooperative or responsive through the assignment process.smrtovnica smrtovnice

Thank you very much for this review. While not perfect, Anthem always seeks to provide a home anyone would be proud of. Assignment process can sometimes be bumpy, but that wasn't the intention.

I was going to buy from them in N.Van, but now concerned. I didn't find the sales manager at the sales center very friendly and nice when I was asking more question to be confident about my decision making. This review tells me that they just wanna do a quick sale as they know their quality could be questionable.
