"Not much of a view but
nice condo"
The home I saw didn't have much of a view, just of other buildings. But, the condo was nice. Kitchen had nice backsplash and the ceilings must have been about 9 to 10 feet high. The building looks decent and the lobby is very nice. Look like marble or stone floors.

I've found the interiors to be quite nice, however this is probably to compensate some major set backs with this building. A lot of smaller units are studio like, totally unpartitioned with bed area right in the center of each suites. The floor that I went to had as many as 14 units. I don't think there is a balcony for any of the units. The high ceiling is nice as well as the AC, the lobby is great too and I think I saw 3 or maybe even 4 elevators. But there isn't a gym or a pool or anything of that matter. A big minus for me are the windows, they're over-tinted like many office buildings. In Vancouver where it rains 6 months out of 12 and where you'll get more cloudy days than sunny, it can get really dark inside the units. I think there are better buys around the area. Oh yeah, this thing is earthquake proof too, if that can give one some peace of mind.
