Savoy Carlton at 6888 Station Hill Drive was the first tower built in the City in the Park. The location is extremely convenient being located next to the Skytrain, Choices market, and the stunning City in the Park gardens.

The units features spacious floor plans with 9ft. ceilings. The complex has a stunning spa complex with an indoor pool, and hot tub. Other amenities include a lounge, reading room and media room.

Views from the suites include views of the Mt. Baker, the Fraser River, Vancouver Island and Surrey.

"Assesments"

To answer a previous review, there have been some assesments here and my undterstadning is that there will be no more. I know someone who lives in the building and they told me that they paid an assesment of about 15K and that it should be all. Of course you never know what will come in the future but seems to be a good buidling otherwise, I don't think many buildings can escape the assesments if they are looked over properly by an engineer, there will always be something to do. smrtovnica smrtovnice Great building otherwise, amenities are great, right down to the media room, large pool, games room etc. you don't find these things in many new buidlings, seems that developers don't want to spend them money or use the valuable space for common areas.

I have been a resident at the Savoy Carlton since 1997. At no time has there been any 15K assessments to the owners and none are in the planning stages. I do not know who this owner paid 15K to but it wasn't us! Any building requires a certain amount of upkeep and regular maintenance.

"Love the building but
assessments?"

The building is nice, very nice pool, gym and other amenities. The condo I saw had a great layout and was very spacious. Only can say good things, except I heard there was a special assessment. Does anybody know much about this building and if there are any more assessments coming?smrtovnica smrtovnice

"Love the Pool"

I visited this building and was amazed with how nice and big their swimming pool was. It is indoor in like a large sunroom. The condo was very nice as well, high ceilings and the rooms were very large. South corner is reocmmended, has nice views.
