"Retirement building"

The condo I saw in this building had nice large rooms. Was very old and dated and was a little noisy because it faced Kingsway. Overall I gave it a good rating for all categories, pretty average. Good for retirees with an RV.

Can any one tell me, what is happening to the Plumbing Pipe Replacement project that was reccommended by the Engineers report??

Fantastic location, big rooms, well maintained and above all price is dam cheap for location.
