"Removed Clock Tower and
Trees"

Just an update on the complex, they removed the old clock tower that has not been working, as well as cut down a bunch of trees in the courtyard, all in all a nice clean up and improvement.smrtovnica smrtovnice

"My review"

We lived in Brent Gardens for nearly ten years. My two children were still very young so we liked having almost everything in walking distance such as groceries, mall, skytrain, community centre and elementary school. We especially enjoyed christmas seasons being stress free from finding a parking space. The down side of living in this complex was that the building is old and made of wood. We often got complaints from a lady living below us about my children running around in the house. Overall, it wasn't that bad for first time buyers with two small children.

"Affordable for Brentwood"

I owned this property as an investment condo. Rentals are permitted in this complex and for the Brentwood area it is affordable. The building was just okay. Nothing fancy. But, you can't beat the location. So close to shopping and Skytrain. I would recommend this building to first time buyers or investors.
