Harmony, by Polygon, at 9319 University Crescent is the third phase in the Harmony complex. The other two buildings are at 9329 University Crescent and 9339 University Crescent.

Harmony is situated in a natural setting on top of Burnaby Mountain, located in the "UniverCity" area of Simon Fraser University. The residence is within walking distance to the SFU campus and the university's shops & services. Harmony also has easy to Highway 1, transit and SkyTrain.

"First in SFU from Polygon"

Polygon built these three Harmony buildings. They were the first in the SFU neighbourhood. Only wood frame condos. The rest of the condos are concrete. Some wood frame townhouses in the neighbourhood as well. Harmony is okay. Should be the most affordable option at SFU due to being wood frame and lack of views from most of the homes.
