"Excellent Building in an
Excellent Location!"
Every suite in the building is unique, no two are alike. Most suites are two floors, giving the feel of a house/town-house. Building is self-managed and very well maintained. Owners live in the building, as no rentals are allowed, and pride of ownership shows throughout the building. The location of this building is fantastic. Nothing is more than 1/2 hours drive away - Horseshoe Bay (30min), Downtown (25min), Peace Arch (30 min), Tsawwassen Ferry (30min), Maple Ridge (30min), etc... Entire building envelope was replaced in 2001, including new roof and Hardiplank exterior. New pool constructed at Moody Park (across the street) in 2009, and elementy/high schools within walking distance make this building great for young families. Plenty of shopping (Safeway, Save-on Foods, London Drugs) all with-in walking distance. Overall, a great building!

"A Sense of Community"
I presently live in this building in New West. The building is well maintained and I have great neighbours. The building is self-managed, which means the people on the Strata Council put in a lot of time to keep things running along. Also, a number of the owners (this is a non-rental building) pitch in to do 'the extra' things such as handyman type stuff, paint touch-ups, snow removal, flower beds - the general putzing around stuff you would do if you owned your own home. I like it here - it's hard to find a place to live that really provides a sense of community - a place to call home.
