The Penthouses feature roof top decks, hardwood floors, open truss 10-12ft ceilings industrial style sliding doors open layout, lot of windows, high ceilings, metal joists, sliding barn door style and windows all throughout. Great views of the city and water. C2C Lofts located at 549 Columbia Street have "Loft style" condos, which are very rare to find in New Westminster. The building has a bike room, an elevator and insuite laundry. C2C LOFTS & FLATS 3 year old 2-level loft over City Police Station in Old Post Office 1958 Heritage building. Open-plan, high ceiling, 2 pets ok. Very cool! This building is close to everything, shopping galore, restaurants and so much more!!! Located in the "Heart Of Downtown."

"Very Well Run building"

Have lived in this building for several years, quiet friendly neighbours who are almost all owner occupied. Strata is proactive in ensuring maintenance is completed, most units have been renovated. Great building, has character and space, and a block to the skytrain.
